We are a team of shoe experts from the UK, melting fashion and hype.

Are our products authentic and new?

Special Delivery sells only 100% new and authentic items. All of our merchandise is 100% authentic and guaranteed.

Prices of the shoes 

We work with shoe experts to determine prices using different factors: rarity/size/availability.

How can you get your dream shoes?
You can have all our products directly listed on our website. If you need a specific pair that you’re pursuing, use our search bar to browse our vast assortment of products. 

If we are out of stock we will notify you when it becomes available again. You only have to sign up for our newsletter.

ORDERS

How to cancel or change an order?
Please contact us at info@specialdeliveryldn.com.
There is no order cancellation after the item has been shipped. 


When will my order be shipped? 

Orders take up to 3 days for the UK and 5-6 days for international shipping. During the promotional period and holidays, additional time maybe required. 

How can I track my order?                                             As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including a tracking number. 

Order review 

All orders are subject to fraud review, we may require additional information to verify your ID. You will be notified by email.

RETURNS

What is Special Delivery’s return policy?
You have 14 days to claim a return. We kindly ask you to email for any issues or doubts at info@specialdeliveryldn.com.
We don’t provide a refund, store credit only. 

We will not accept the shoes if they have been worn. 

How do I return my order? 
Contact info@specialdeliveryldn.com as first step. We will help you with the process and all the info required to ship it back.
Customers are responsible for returning their order. We suggest you use a carrier that provides tracking information. 

The shoes box and tags must be returned with the items. Please, don’t use the shoe box as a packing box; we kindly recommend a paper box or a big polybag.

Is there a possible return for products on sale?

We don’t do returns on sale items.

How can you get a credit from us? 
For store credit, you must send the shoes back, unworn and in the original conditions. 
Once we check the conditions, we will send you an email of confirmation with the credit-code created for you; you can spend the credit in a period of time of max 6 months, starting from the date that you receive it. 
The store-credit will be only available on specialdeliveryldn.com.
