If for whatever reason the purchase does not meet your satisfaction, we guarantee a full in-store credit refund within 14 days of receipts, on condition that they must be unworn and in the original state with packaging and tags attached. Please note that the shoebox is also part of the original packaging, so make sure it is not damaged when return. We are not responsible for any shipping charges for your process of returning the item. Please ensure that the service used for the returned items is trackable and insured, as we hold no liability if the items are lost in transit.

After the 14-days period you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after the purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
